Activate Picklist Values

Activating New Picklist Values
If you have added a new Picklist Value to an existing Picklist, please ensure that it is active. For more information, review this Salesforce article: Manage Inactive Picklist Values.
Record Type Configuration
Additionally, ensure that a record type has been created for the object for which you want to change a picklist value. To check this:
- Click on Object Manager
- Select Record Types
- In the section labeled Picklists Available for Editing, verify that the new value appears in the Selected Values column
If the new picklist value doesn't appear in the Selected Values column, you'll need to add it to the record type configuration.
