HR Helpdesk
HR Helpdesk in flair is a ticketing feature that gives employees a first port of call for issues their HR team can help resolve. An employee submits a ticket, and the responsible HR manager can work on a solution. Requests might concern an error in a payslip or a need for IT assistance. The employee-facing view is part of the Employee Hub.
What employees can do
Employees can submit a ticket to ask for help and provide the information HR needs to understand the issue. They can attach files when supporting material is useful and take part in the discussion on their ticket, keeping the request and its context together. Where their organization allows anonymous requests, employees can also choose not to identify themselves.
What HR teams get
Each request is represented by a ticket object in flair, with relationships and ticket navigation available to support request management. HR teams can manage help requests in flair or integrate them through Service Cloud.
Shipped HR Helpdesk capabilities include:
- Ticket Categories Settings for organizing requests
- Notes on tickets
- Notifications when a ticket is submitted, shared, or assigned, plus comment notifications
- The HelpDesk Manager role for an additional manager
- Extra Fields for capturing custom data on helpdesk tickets
Together, these capabilities keep structured ticket information, notifications, and discussion connected to the request.
Anonymous reporting and whistleblowing
HR Helpdesk also supports anonymous whistleblowing for safety or compliance concerns. Employees can submit a request anonymously when this option is available. According to flair's product update, an organization can make anonymity the default or leave the choice to the employee. flair positions this anonymous-reporting capability as supporting compliance with the EU Whistleblower Directive.
