Package Installation Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues installing the flair package from the AppExchange, this guide covers common problems and solutions.
AppExchange Authorization Issue
The following flair app installation issue may occur if you try to download it from the AppExchange in your Org.
The error could be down to a problem with authorization.

In this case, we recommend trying to install the flair application from the AppExchange portal.
To do this from the AppLauncher, click on Visit AppExchange.


Once you are on the AppExchange, log into your trailblazer account using your login credentials or Sign Up.


Choose a username from the Org, indicating where would you like to install the package.

Well done! You can now install the package in the Production Org or in a Sandbox.

Package Installation Failed: Chatter Error
Here's what to do if you encounter any problems during the installation of the flair package.

If you received an error message via email with the problem:
- Missing Organization Feature: Chatter null
We recommend checking the settings and enabling Chatter.

To do this, from the Setup, go to the Chatter Settings. Check the status of the Chatter settings. Then make sure that the box next to the Enable option is checked.

After enabling Chatter, try installing the flair package again from the AppExchange.
