Troubleshooting SSO Login Issues
If SSO is not working for employees and they suddenly need a password (which they don't have), you are likely using the wrong URL.
The Issue
This is the "standard" login page: https://hub.flair.hr/ but when SSO is configured, we specify a custom domain. In this case, you need to navigate to the specified domain to have the SSO option available.
Solution
When SSO is configured, employees must use the custom domain URL, not the standard hub URL.
Example:
If this domain is configured in the Hub Settings (HR Admin): test-for-SSO.hub.flair.hr
Then the SSO login will be: https://test-for-SSO.hub.flair.hr/login
Finding Your Custom Domain
To find your custom domain:
- Navigate to HR Admin → Hub Settings
- Look for the Custom Domain setting
- Use that domain URL for SSO login
Employees should bookmark the correct domain URL to avoid confusion and ensure SSO works properly.
