How Customer Support Access Works on Salesforce
Get specialized support for implementation and queries. All you need to do is grant flair access to the applications. Here's how to allow a helpful flair customer service agent temporary access to your app:
- In your flair app on Salesforce, go to Settings located under your user icon and profile image at the top right of the screen

Next, select Grant Account Login Access from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page

Once on the Grant Account Login Access page, simply choose how long you would like flair.hr support to have access to your app

You can choose a time between one day and one month under the Access Duration tab

Once you have made your decision, click Save, and support access will be granted
You may withdraw access at any time by returning to this page and adjusting the access settings.
Grant Support Access to the Employee Hub
Unlock customer service support in the Employee Hub with a simple few steps. By allowing our support team temporary access, you can benefit from the highest level of care. Here's how it works:

In the Employee Hub, select the three dots (kebab menu) beside your profile picture

This will reveal the Settings page with the options: General, Notification Settings, and Customer Support

Click on Customer Support and tick the box entitled: Allow Customer Support to access my HUB account

Click Save Changes, and you've just granted us support access
