Grant flair Customer Support access

Give flair Customer Support temporary access to investigate an issue in Salesforce or the Employee Hub. You control the access duration and can revoke access at any time.

Who can use this?

Salesforce users can grant access to their Salesforce account. Employees can grant access to their own Employee Hub account.

Grant access in Salesforce

  1. In your flair app in Salesforce, open your user profile menu, and click Settings.

  2. In the left menu, click Grant Account Login Access.

  3. On the Grant Account Login Access page, find flair.hr support.

  4. Under Access Duration, select a period from one day to one month.

  5. Click Save. flair Customer Support receives access for the selected period.

Grant access in the Employee Hub

  1. In the Employee Hub, open the three-dot menu next to your profile picture.
  2. Open Customer Support from the settings menu.
  3. Select Allow Customer Support to access my HUB account.
  4. Click Save Changes. flair Customer Support receives access to your Hub account.

Revoke support access

  • Return to the same access page, clear or shorten the access setting, and save your changes.
