CV Parsing
CV Parsing automatically extracts information from candidate resumes and CVs, populating candidate records with experiences, education history, certificates, and skills.
Enabling CV Parsing
Connect and Enable CV Parsing
- In the Navigation Bar, click on More…
- Click on HR Admin
- Click on Integrations
- Click on CV Parsing
- Click on Connect via Integration Service
- Click on Enable
Using CV Parsing
Uploading a CV to an Existing Candidate
- Click on App Launcher
- Click on Recruiting
- Click on Candidates
- Click on New
- Enter candidate details like First Name and Last Name

Click on Save

In the Files card, click on Add
- Upload the CV and click on Done
- Select the File Type
Attention: File Type 'Other' is not supported in CV Parsing
- Click on CV
- Click on Save
- In the files card, you can see the text parsing status
- Click on Related to see parsed experiences and more
- All Experiences, Education history, Certificates and Skills have also been parsed!
Creating Candidates from CVs
You can add candidates directly by uploading CVs. flair now offers enhanced bulk CV parsing using Mistral AI and proprietary algorithms, allowing you to upload and process multiple CVs simultaneously to create candidate records.
Single CV Upload
- Click on Jobs
- Select the Job you want to add new candidates to
- Next to New Candidate, click on Show menu (small arrow)
- Click on Create from CVs
- Select files from the file upload menu
- Click on Done
- It takes a few seconds for the candidate to be created
- Once CV Parsing is finished, you can click on the candidate's name
- Click on Related to see all the parsed experiences and more
Bulk CV Parsing
flair now supports bulk CV parsing, allowing you to upload and process up to 10 CVs simultaneously. This feature uses Mistral AI and proprietary algorithms to automatically extract information and create multiple candidate records at once.
Note: 10 documents is a Salesforce limitation.
To use bulk CV parsing:
- Click on Jobs
- Select the Job you want to add Candidates to
- Click on Show menu (small arrow next to New Candidate)
- Click on Create from CVs
- Select up to 10 CVs from the file upload menu
- Click on Done
Files are processed individually after upload. Once the processing is completed, you can click on a newly created Candidate to review the parsed information.
The system automatically extracts and creates:
- Basic candidate information
- Related experiences (work history and professional background)
- Education history (academic background and qualifications)
- Technical and soft skills identification
All parsed information is available in the candidate's Related tab, where you can view Experiences, Educations, and Skills.
