Connect JOIN to flair Recruiting

Connect JOIN to advertise flair jobs on JOIN and its supported job boards while managing postings and candidates in Salesforce.

Who can use this?

Recruiters and HR Admins in Salesforce with a JOIN account and access to HR Admin integrations.

Before you begin​

  • Create an account at JOIN.
  • Copy the API credentials from your JOIN profile.

Connect JOIN​

  1. In the flair HR app, open HR Admin → Integrations.
  2. Select JOIN.
  3. Click Connect via Integration Service.
  4. If flair Integration Service requests access, click Allow.
  5. In the new JOIN navigation tab, click Add Token. You can also open a job in flair Recruiting and select Advertising to continue setup.
  6. In the dialog, enter the API credentials in Join.com Token.
  7. Click Save.

Map JOIN office locations​

  1. On the JOIN Integration page in flair Recruiting, click Map Offices.
  2. For each office, select the matching flair location in Mapped Location.
  3. Click Save.
  1. In the flair Recruiting app, open the job.
  2. Open Publishing Details.
  3. Complete the required fields, including Name, Description, Salary, Job Category, and Employee Type.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Open Advertising.
  6. Under Create or link a job posting on JOIN, click Create. JOIN creates the posting and flair shows Your job is linked.
  7. To review the live posting, open the down-arrow menu and click Check on JOIN.
  8. To disconnect the posting, open the same menu and click Unlink.
