Packaged flair Reports reference

The flair package includes more than 100 flair Reports. They're installed and updated automatically with the package, so they always match your current flair version. Use this reference to find the right report before you create your own.

Who can use this?

HR Admins, Recruiters, and Managers in Salesforce, and Employees and Managers in the Employee Hub. Each report shows only the records the viewer is allowed to see.

How to read this reference

Reports are grouped by subcategory, the same grouping the Metrics tab and Employee Hub Analytics use. Reports whose names start with My show the viewer's own data. The Employee Hub column shows where each report appears by default:

Value	Meaning
My data	Every employee sees the report about their own data.
My team	Managers see the report for their direct reports and the employees they manage through HR access.
My team (hiring manager)	Hiring managers see the report for the jobs and candidates they hire for.
Salesforce only	The report is meant for HR or Executives, so it stays in Salesforce.

Packaged reports can't be edited. HR Admins can turn their Employee Hub availability off and limit their visibility with Employee Segments; flair keeps that choice when the package updates. A report only appears in the Employee Hub when its audience includes Employee or Manager, or when it's a hiring report. To share a Salesforce only report in the Hub, clone it, and add Employee or Manager to the copy's Audience.
