The AI chatbot feature provides intelligent assistance across multiple areas of flair, helping you quickly find information about employees, shifts, candidates, and jobs through natural language queries.

Accessing the AI Chatbot​

flair AI chatbot is available in multiple locations throughout Salesforce:

  • Shift Planner: Ask questions about employee shifts and team schedules
  • Jobs page: Get information about job positions and requirements
  • Candidates page: Query candidate details and qualifications
  • Employee page: Find employee information and absence data

Look for the floating magic icon button to access the chatbot in any supported area.

Using flair AI Chatbot​

1. Open the Chatbot​

  • Click the floating magic icon button
  • The chat interface will expand
  • You'll see the current supported areas and sample questions

2. Ask Questions​

You can either:

  • Use predefined questions: Click on any suggested question
  • Type custom queries: Enter your own natural language questions

3. Review Responses​

flair AI will:

  • Send and analyze your request
  • Generate a comprehensive response
  • Provide direct links to relevant records
  • Show what the AI searched for in the first sentence

Advanced Features​

  • Request specific formatting (colors, bullet points, tables)

Time Zone Support​

  • flair AI automatically handles time zone conversions
  • Responses show dates and times in your local time zone
  • Shift times are displayed with appropriate time zone information
