Use the AI text assistant

Edit text directly in supported Salesforce fields with the AI text assistant. It is available in candidate emails, performance reviews, email templates, and other supported text areas.

Who can use this?

HR teams and Recruiters in supported text fields in flair apps in Salesforce at organizations whose subscription includes flair AI for HR, flair AI for Recruiting, or both.

Open the AI text assistant​

  1. In a supported text area, enter your initial text. The magic icon becomes active.
  2. Click the magic icon. The assistant displays its actions: Re-write, Make It..., Translate In..., and Undo.

Rewrite text​

  1. Enter the source text.
  2. Click the magic icon.
  3. Click Re-write.
  4. Review the generated version.
  5. To restore the prior version, select Undo. You can generate another version until the result fits the purpose.

Change the length or tone​

  1. Enter the source text, and click the magic icon.

  2. Click Make It..., and select an option:

    OptionResult
    ShorterCondenses the text while retaining its main points.
    LongerAdds detail and context.
    More FormalUses more professional language.
    More CasualUses more conversational language.

  3. Review the result for meaning, tone, and audience.

  4. To restore the prior version, select Undo.

Translate text​

The assistant currently supports English-to-German and German-to-English translation.

  1. Enter the source text in English or German.
  2. Click the magic icon.
  3. Click Translate In..., and select English or German.
  4. Review the translation for meaning and product terminology.
  5. To restore the original language, select Undo.

Review the result​

AI-generated text can contain errors or change the intended meaning. Review every result before you use it in a review, email, job description, or candidate communication.

You can apply more than one action, such as translating text and then making it more formal. Confirm that the final tone suits its audience and purpose.
