Review an AI-generated overview of a completed performance review or survey. Summaries appear only after every participant has completed the assessment.

Who can use this?

HR teams and Managers on completed performance review and survey pages in Salesforce at organizations with a paid flair AI plan.

Open a performance review summary​

  1. Open the completed performance review.
  2. Select the employee whose review you want to inspect.
  3. Find AI Summary.
  4. Expand the section to read the summary.

The summary can cover the employee's self-assessment, the Manager's evaluation, combined themes, achievements, strengths, and development areas.

Open a survey summary​

  1. Open the completed survey results.
  2. Find AI Summary.
  3. Expand the section to read the summarized responses.

The summary can include a response overview, common themes, notable findings, and possible follow-up items.

Verify an AI summary​

  1. Read the summary to identify themes and areas that need closer review.
  2. Compare its claims with the original responses for full context and nuance.
  3. Before you plan a follow-up or make a decision, confirm important findings in the source material.
  4. When comparing teams or time periods, check that the underlying assessments use a comparable scope.
