  2. Navigate to the Development tab in the Team section
  3. Select Performance Review to see active performance reviews for your team members

Reviewing Employee Performance

When you access an active performance review:

  1. You will see the employee's self-assessment answers
  2. If peer reviews are enabled, you can view peer reviewer feedback
  3. You can add your own evaluation based on the employee's responses and peer feedback
  4. Click Start review to begin your evaluation

While completing your review, you'll see additional options:

  • Schedule Meeting: Set up a meeting with the employee (if mandatory meetings are enabled)
  • Manage Goals: View and manage the employee's goals
