Track employee training

flair tracks training through the Talent LMS integration, certificates, and skills. Courses and their content live in Talent LMS; flair imports the courses, enrolls employees, and keeps each employee's progress in sync. This guide shows where training data appears in flair and how to enroll employees and follow their progress.

Who can use this?

HR Admins with the Flair LMS Manager permission set enroll employees and review course progress in Salesforce. Employees and Managers see courses, certificates, and skills in the Employee Hub.
