Engagement in flair

flair Engagement brings together employee feedback, recognition, skill records, and company announcements. HR teams can create surveys and targeted announcements in Salesforce, while employees use the Employee Hub to respond, recognize coworkers with Cheers, manage skills, and read company updates.

What you can do

  • Create and analyze surveys, including customized Engagement Surveys, eNPS surveys, and Smiley Check-Ins. Surveys can be one-off or repeated, optional or compulsory, and sent to selected employees, locations, departments, or teams.
  • Send Cheers with an image or personal video message, choose whether a Cheer is public or private, and comment with text, emojis, links, images, or files.
  • Define and assign skills as yes/no or rated skills. Employees can manage their skills, while managers use the Skills Matrix to review a team's abilities.
  • Publish Company Announcements to all employees or an Employee Segment, pin important updates, attach files, and require acknowledgement.

Where it happens

HR teams create surveys, define skills, configure Cheers Visibility, and publish Company Announcements in Salesforce. Employees respond to surveys, send and receive Cheers, manage skills, and read announcements in the Employee Hub. Survey invitations arrive by email and appear on the Employee Hub Dashboard. Published announcements use enabled notification channels, including Slack, email, mobile push, and web push.
