Who can use this?
Recruiters and HR Admins in Salesforce. Hiring managers and evaluators use recruiting features in the Employee Hub. Some integrations and communication features require separate setup or purchase.
What you can do
- Publish jobs — create job listings, assign Hiring Managers, translate content, and advertise through Multiposting or supported Direct Apply job boards.
- Build a Career Portal — choose displayed jobs, define application fields, track candidate sources, and embed the portal on your website.
- Manage candidates — use Table, Kanban, or Split View, collect evaluations, import CVs, update records in bulk, and compare skills with job requirements.
- Schedule interviews — choose a specific time, offer predefined slots, or let candidates select from a connected Microsoft Outlook calendar.
- Communicate with candidates — use personalized email templates in Salesforce or let hiring managers work from the Employee Hub.
Where it happens
Recruiters configure Career Portals, jobs, candidates, evaluations, interviews, email templates, and advertising integrations in the flair Recruiting app in Salesforce. Evaluators submit feedback and hiring managers can communicate with candidates in the Employee Hub.
