Configure candidates in flair Recruiting

Configure how recruiters track and evaluate candidates in flair Recruiting. Use a Salesforce Path for funnel stages, then assign evaluators and evaluation templates from candidate records.

Who can use this?

Salesforce Admins configure the Candidate Path in Salesforce Setup. Recruiters assign evaluators in the flair Recruiting app.

Before you begin​

  • Confirm that you can manage Path Settings in Salesforce.
  • Create any evaluation templates that recruiters need to assign.

Configure the Candidate Path​

  1. In Salesforce Setup, enter Path Settings in Quick Find. You can also open Platform Tools → User Interface → Path Settings.

  2. If Paths are disabled, click Enable.

  3. Confirm that Candidate Path and Payroll Run Path exist.

  4. Select Active for the paths that your organization uses.

  5. To update Candidate Path, click Edit. You can also create a path.

  6. Click Next.

  7. For each candidate stage, add the fields recruiters need.

  8. Enter guidance for recruiters in the guidance panel.

  9. To change fields, click Add/Update Fields.

  10. Move up to five fields from Available Fields to Selected Fields by dragging them or using the arrows.

  11. Click Save.

  12. Click Next.

  13. Turn on the activation toggle.

  14. Optional: Enable Celebrations.

  15. Select the funnel stages that trigger a celebration.

  16. Choose how often celebrations appear.

  17. Click Finish.

Celebrations display a confetti animation when a recruiter completes a configured action, such as moving a candidate to the next funnel stage.

Assign an evaluator from a job​

  1. In the flair Recruiting app, open Jobs.
  2. Select a job.
  3. Select the candidate.
  4. Open Evaluators.
  5. Click Add New Evaluator.
  6. Select an evaluator.
  7. Select an Evaluation Template.
  8. Optional: Set a Due Date.
  9. Click Save.

Assign an evaluator from Candidates​

  1. In the flair Recruiting app, open Candidates.
  2. Select the candidate.
  3. Open Evaluators.
  4. Click Add New Evaluator.
  5. Select an evaluator and Evaluation Template.
  6. Optional: Set a Due Date.
  7. Click Save.
