This release introduces Position Management — positions, employments and a company structure view.

🆕 New Features

Position Management: Added positions as a first-class part of your company structure. You can build a hierarchy of positions, view it as a tree from a new Company Structure page, and open it directly from an employee record.

Position Management: Employment records now sit between an employee and their position. An employment carries the start and end dates, assigns the employee to a position, and keeps employee data in sync with the position as those dates are reached. Existing employee data is migrated into positions and employments automatically.

Position Management: Employees can be unassigned from a position through a guided process, and positions can be created and edited from a dedicated page with validation on overlapping employment dates.

🔧 Improvements

Employees: The employee creation form now captures position and employment details, and active employments appear on the employee record page. Employee fields that are now driven by the position are read-only.
