This release renames Feedback Cycles to Performance Reviews, adds review notifications, and withdraws time balance on timesheet approval.

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking: Time balance can now be withdrawn automatically when a timesheet is approved.

🔧 Improvements

Performance: Feedback Cycles are now called Performance Reviews throughout. Added notifications for the reviewer when an employee submits their review, when a reviewer submits, and when either party signs and finishes. Peer review answers are now visible, and the average rating has an explanatory tooltip. Documents: Added guidance on how to build a document generation template. Time Tracking: Compensatory Time is hidden on the timesheet detail page where it does not apply.

Time Tracking: Historical overtime information now displays correctly in timesheets.
