Integrations updates — December 2024

This entry covers changes to flair Integrations deployed in December 2024.

🆕 New Features

sFTP: flair can now connect to an sFTP server to list files and download them into flair.

Document split: Documents created by splitting a PDF are now named after the matching text instead of an ID, so they are easier to recognise.

Document generation: Templates can now use conditions, so parts of a document only appear when a condition is met.

Document generation: Document templates can now be filled with performance review data.

Document split: Splitting now matches the search text more precisely, including text with special characters or leading spaces.

Document generation: Fields that appear more than once in a template, or inside conditions, no longer cause errors.
