Pay Band Indicator, SSO Deep Links, and Segmentation Fix

🔧 Improvements

Compensation: When a manager submits a single salary change for an employee via a data change request, they now see the employee's pay band next to the new amount field — the same band shown in the Compensation Review table. An in-band or out-of-band highlight makes it easy to spot proposals outside the configured salary range before submitting.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Dashboard: Fixed an issue where clicking a link from an email notification (such as a celebration or cheer) and then signing in with SSO would land on the home page instead of the intended page. You now arrive at the page the link pointed to after signing in.

Dashboard: Fixed an issue where Hub elements restricted to a specific team were visible to all employees. Restricted elements now appear only for employees in the assigned team.

Documents: Removed a temporary informational banner ("Where are my company documents?") from the Corporate tab on the personal Documents page. The banner was a placeholder during the rollout of corporate documents and is no longer needed.
