This release brings automatic manager record sharing, negative allowance expiry, position cloning, AI chatbot for employees, and many improvements across absences, payroll, and workflows.

🆕 New Features

Employees: Automatic employee record sharing for direct managers and additional managers — managers now get access to their reports' records without manual sharing rules. Employees: Added AI Chatbot component to the Employee Record Page for quick, in-context assistance. Absences: Added configuration for expiring negative allowances, giving admins control over when negative balances reset. Position Management: Added clone position functionality to the position detail page. Hub Appearance: Added login image upload to Hub appearance settings for custom branding.

🔧 Improvements

Absences: Added accrual explanation and proration tracking fields for better transparency into how leave balances are calculated. Absences: Carryover allowances now expire on the employee's anniversary date instead of a fixed calendar date. Workflows: Workflow data fields can now be reordered via drag-and-drop. Expenses: Migrated expense rule templates to employee segments for more flexible expense policy assignment. Expenses: Added expense fields to the approval details form for richer approval context. Email Templates: Added sorting and improved filtering for email templates. Conditional buttons are now supported in email templates. Documents: Added multilingual support to Document Category fields. Employees: Added description field and visibility field to Employee Data Change Requests. Position Management: Made the Create Position subflow overridable for custom implementations. Recruiting: Added Translations tab to the Job Lightning Record Page. Goals: Added result scale and qualitative results for more nuanced objective tracking.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Inventory: Fixed error when viewing inventory items with no assigned employee. Shift Planner: Fixed tag misalignment in the Scheduler when shifts have notes. Payroll: Fixed payroll run failing when processing more than 1,000 employees. Employees: Fixed Years of Service formula calculating incorrectly for future-dated employees.
