Hub updates — February 2025

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in February 2025.

🆕 New Features

Performance Reviews: You can now download a past performance review as a PDF, generated from your company's document templates, using the "Download PDF" button.

Absences: Absence categories without a balance are now supported in the Hub.

Absences: The "My Absences" table and the managers' absence requests table can now be configured from Salesforce, including additional columns, and managers see additional fields in the absence detail view.

Expenses: Both expense tables can now be configured from Salesforce, including additional columns, and managers see additional fields in the expense detail view.

🔧 Improvements

Additional fields: Additional fields on forms now support multi-line text, numbers with decimal places and hint texts.

Announcements: The latest updates now show the date an announcement was published instead of the date it was created.

General: Updated German, French and Italian translations.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Absences: Absence forms with additional fields now validate correctly.

Absences: Absence summaries for custom absence periods now show the correct period start and end dates.

Employee Profile: The workload card now shows "Monthly hours" for employees with a monthly workload instead of "Weekly hours".

Projects: Tracked time in Projects is now displayed correctly in hours and minutes, including fractional minutes.

Integrations: Slack users now load completely for workspaces with many members.

General: Various smaller fixes, including loading employee skills.
