Jun 30: v1.734
This release improves how you configure the Slack absence digest, adds project selection to the time-tracking widget, and introduces a new Time Balance vs. Absence Category report.
🔧 Improvements
Absence Management: You can now also configure the daily Slack "who's absent today" summary from HR Admin — choosing the channel, time of day, and days it's sent — instead of editing it on the Slack channel record. We've also improved the digest so that when several colleagues share the same public holiday, they're grouped together on one line naming the holiday, instead of a separate line per person.
Time Tracking: For workloads using time tracking with projects, you can now also choose which project you're working on directly from the time-tracking widget while clocked in. When you clock out, the tracked time is automatically logged against that project, so you no longer need to enter the hours manually afterwards.
Reports: We've added a new "Time Balance vs. Absence Category" report, showing each employee's target hours, time balance, and absence category details — available, taken, and expiring amounts — for a chosen week, month, quarter, or year. You can now also filter report results by employee, department, location, entity, or absence category, and export any report table to CSV or Excel.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Recruiting: Fixed an issue where a candidate's data-deletion (anonymisation) date was calculated from the day they were imported into Salesforce, even when the real add date had been backfilled using "Added At". The deletion date is now correctly calculated from "Added At" when it's set.
Recruiting: Fixed the progress step markers shown in the Create Job wizard, which could appear as stretched, distorted shapes or show a stray blue "0" instead of a clean dot.
