Hub updates — November 2023

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in November 2023.

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking: Absence categories can now restrict time tracking. When an employee has an absence in such a category, they can't start time tracking, add time entries or add breaks on that day, and they see a "Time Tracking Restricted" message.

Time Tracking: Employees can now be prevented from entering time and project entries for future days. Affected days show "Future time entries are not allowed".

Project Time Tracking: The projects timesheets page now has a report type switcher.

Performance Reviews: Feedback questionnaires now support rating questions on a 1-5 scale.

🔧 Improvements

Absences: Absence categories are now shown in the order configured in Salesforce.

Absences: The absence overview by category now shows the year for used days and counts planned days correctly.

General: The flair icon shown when you share a Hub link or add the Hub to your phone home screen was updated.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: Fixed the numbering of monthly timesheets, the year and month filters and the filter panel layout in the timesheets table, adding comments to timesheet days, and loading the manager timesheets table.

Project Time Tracking: Project timesheets for employees with a monthly workload are now shown correctly.

Cheers: Fixed paging through the cheers list.

Inventory: You can now add comments to inventory items in single-currency organizations, and older inventory items without a manufacturer or model no longer cause errors.

General: Fixed employee visibility rules on some absence and colleague lists.
