Hub updates — February 2026

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in February 2026.

🆕 New Features

Goals: Goals now support the Development Framework. You can select the goals period in the page header, see the current phase and which goal actions it allows, assign goals to categories and filter by category, view the full Hierarchy Structure of a goal, and see parent and child goals in the list. Employees can use "Pull Goal" to create their own goal from a company or team goal, and managers can push goals to their employees.

Shift Planning: Employees can now request to transfer one of their shifts to a colleague. The colleague accepts or declines the request in the Hub, and pending requests are marked on the shift.

Career Opportunities: Employees can now use "Get referrer link" on a job to copy a referral link that opens the job on your career portal.

Expenses: When an expenses integration is active, the Hub now generates the items of a reimbursement automatically from the uploaded receipt and fills in empty fields.

Holidays: Half-day holidays are now supported and shown as morning or afternoon holidays.

Time Tracking: Managers can now reject time entry change requests directly from the change requests list.

Time Tracking: A new time framework setting always deducts the full legally required break when an employee clocks out.

Time Tracking: A new time framework setting hides the clock-in and clock-out controls in the Hub while keeping timesheets visible.

Certificates: Certificates now support extra fields, and certificates can be made visible only to HR and the employee, for example for medical certificates.

Recruiting: AI features in Recruiting are now enabled based on your organization's subscription.

🔧 Improvements

Approvals: Approval requests now show a short description.

Employee Profile: Additional managers can now have a start and end date.

Access: Employees whose employment starts in the future, or who have no active employment, now get limited Hub access. Employees who are onboarding or offboarding can see company documents.

Login: The inactivity timeout now also applies when the Hub was closed in the meantime.

Absences: For absences in the past, the allowance breakdown in the request form is hidden and a tooltip explains that allowances will be recalculated.

Time Tracking: A tooltip on the disabled save button now explains what still needs fixing. Errors when saving project time entries are now shown, and new project time entries start without a preselected project.

Salary Changes: When an employee has no active or upcoming salary, the Hub now shows "No Salary to Change" instead of a permission error.

Goals: Key result titles are now limited to 80 characters.

Certificates: Certificates are now sorted by name.

Expenses: Creating a merchant that already exists now reuses the existing merchant instead of creating a duplicate.

Kiosk: Time entries tracked at a kiosk now record which kiosk was used.

Holidays: Public holiday data now includes additional countries.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Performance Reviews: The manager comparison view now uses the rating scale configured for the feedback cycle, such as 1 to 10.

Goals: You can change the time period while creating a goal again. Tags can no longer be edited on company goals, which previously caused an error.

Documents: Filtering documents by month works again.

Workflows: Comments and the status bar no longer overflow in the workflow side panel when a video is shown.

Slack: The "Back In" date in the Absent today overview now shows the correct return date.

General: Lists that contain many records now load all their results.
