Hub updates — January 2026

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in January 2026.

🆕 New Features

Request Forms: Request Forms are now available to everyone. Employees find them under Profile, and managers in the Request Forms tab of My Team. Forms can now create new records, collect information without changing a record, use lookup fields and record types, and show validation errors from Salesforce before you submit. The forms now talk about a "request" instead of a "change request".

Login: Employees can now choose "Login with Email" and receive a secure login link at their company email address.

Login: When someone logs in to the Hub as an employee, a banner now shows whose account they are viewing.

Career Opportunities: A new Career Opportunities page lists open jobs with search and filters. Job details show the requirements, responsibilities, and how many of the required skills match your profile.

Directory: The directory table and the employee side panel can now show extra fields, and you can filter the directory by team.

Languages: Portuguese is now available as a Hub language.

HR Helpdesk: Help desk managers can now see the tickets of the employees they are responsible for.

Expenses: You can now comment on expense groups.

🔧 Improvements

Team Calendar: When you filter by an absence category group, absences in non-public categories are now hidden.

Employee Profile: When salaries are hidden in the Hub, additional and one-time compensations are hidden too.

Absences: Month and weekday names in the absence calendar and on working days are now shown in your language.

Time Tracking: Project time entries can now be saved together with the time entry. If the device location can't be determined within 10 seconds, the Hub now shows a message instead of waiting.

Expenses: The Mileage, Per Diem, and Reimbursement expense types are now translated.

Certificates: The issued-by field is now optional.

Documents: Document categories are now sorted alphabetically, matching Salesforce.

Approvals: Job approval requests now include a View details action that opens the job.

General: The "Learning Hub" link in the user menu now opens the flair Knowledge Base.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Workflows: Documents uploaded in workflow tasks now show the person who uploaded them instead of the workflow owner.

Approvals: Approval requests for objects the Hub does not fully support no longer cause errors.

Expenses: The expense group date now updates after you change an expense in the group.

Company Announcements: Images in the company notification feed now fit inside their cards.
