Hub updates — March 2024

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in March 2024.

🆕 New Features

Performance Reviews: In sequential reviews, the reviewer can now see the employee's answers side by side with their own, and employees see the review deadline.

Performance Reviews: Reviewers now get a "Submit & Schedule Meeting" button when no meeting has been scheduled yet.

Performance Reviews: Employees can now see their manager's answers once the manager has submitted.

Notifications: You can now mute the "Employee Review Submission" and "Reviewer Review Submission" notifications in notification settings.

🔧 Improvements

Performance Reviews: "Assessments" and "Cycle" are now called "Performance Reviews" throughout the Hub, with updated German texts.

Performance Reviews: The employee satisfaction survey now appears when the employee signs, and the satisfaction section is no longer shown to the employee in the questionnaire.

Performance Reviews: An employee's draft answers are no longer visible to their manager, and questions and answers, including required questions, are only shown to the people they are meant for.

Performance Reviews: After submitting, you stay on the review so you don't miss the signing step. Breadcrumbs, the position of the manager's answers and the sign buttons were also improved.

Project Time Tracking: The maximum daily working limit now also works with monthly workloads.

General: Error messages from Salesforce validation rules are now shown in a user-friendly way, without technical details.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Performance Reviews: Fixed the sign button disappearing for employees, a blank page in self-assessment reviews, duplicated text in the satisfaction survey, the satisfaction question not appearing when a meeting or signature is required, and the satisfaction window's loading state.

Time Tracking: Holidays are shown again in older timesheets. Project entries can be cleared, and no longer move to the previous day for employees in US time zones.

Recruiting: A negative rating in a candidate evaluation no longer shows a thumbs up.

Notifications: Fixed archiving task notifications and showing task notifications for deleted absence requests.
