HR Digest: Added customizable HR digest notifications — HR managers can now configure automated email digests that include upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly frequency, set the send time, target specific teams, and use employee segments to scope digests by location or entity (e.g., one digest for Germany, another for Austria). Employees: Added profile tab for employees, providing a dedicated view of employee information. Engagement: Tracked notifications and acknowledgment for company announcements — ensure important communications are seen and acknowledged by employees. Career Portal: Added entity-based segmentation for the career portal, allowing different job listings per legal entity.

🔧 Improvements

DATEV: Added employee notification toggle to DATEV eAU configuration. Employees: Added employee data change record page for reviewing change requests. Inventory: Added translation support for inventory categories. Notifications: Added language parameter to Employee PIN QR Code notifications.
