🔧 Improvements

Absence Management: Setting up required holidays is now a simpler, guided process. Tickets: Ticket visibility can now be edited after creation. Employee Hub: Added a visibility setting for time tracking in the Hub.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Absence Management: Carry-over amounts are now set correctly when a correction is applied, and years of service are calculated correctly for accrual periods that cross a year boundary. Documents: Fixed signature placeholders.
