This release adds custom form fields for time entries, matches a candidate's other applications by email, and fixes shift copying and scheduled email senders.

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking: Time entries now support custom form fields, so employees can record extra context such as work location (home office or onsite) when creating an entry. The fields are editable on past entries and visible to managers in the time entry controlling views.

🔧 Improvements

Recruiting: "Other applications" now matches a candidate's earlier applications by email address, so their application history is visible even when no Talent record exists — no talent pool consent required.

Translations: Added the German labels for the roles and career framework screens, including Roles & Families, Expectations & Responsibilities, Positions, Career Levels and the Roles Builder.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Shift Planning: Copying shifts from one week to another in the Scheduler no longer fails when the Scheduler's owner is an inactive user.

Recruiting: The sender dropdown in the New Scheduled Email dialog now applies the same org-wide address accessibility check as the standard Email action, so restricted addresses such as no-reply are no longer selectable.
