Aug 24, 2026: v1.759
This release covers Absence Management, Settings, Compensation, Documents, Payroll, Documents, Settings, General, Recruiting, Settings, Workflows.
🆕 New Features
Compensation: When reviewing compensation, you can now hover over an employee's current salary to see their past, current, and upcoming salaries, complete with dates and percentage changes between each step.
Settings, Workflows: You can now limit alert rules to specific entities, locations, or departments, so different segments of your company can have their own rules instead of one rule for everyone.
Documents, Payroll: You can now set a File Naming Formula when mass uploading employee documents, automatically renaming each file using that employee's data instead of a generic name.
Documents, Settings: Admins can now optionally restrict employees from moving, renaming, or deleting documents and folders in the Employee HUB, with settings applied company-wide or scoped to specific groups; approved documents can no longer be deleted.
Recruiting: You can now filter candidates by Funnel Stage, Tags, or Application Source using dropdowns above the table, and save these filters to a view for later use.
🔧 Improvements
Recruiting: The suggestion status field is now a text field instead of a dropdown, letting you enter custom status values.
Recruiting: You'll now only see a warning if a job posting is missing fields required by job boards; optional details appear under "Improves reach" instead.
General: You can now book absence days shown as available in your balance, even when that balance comes from multiple allowance grants for the same period.
Absence Management, Settings: You can now assign absence categories to employees without setting up an accrual policy, and easily see who still needs a category or policy assigned.
Absence Management, Settings: You can now search within categories, policies, and employees panels, switch between accrual and request policy tabs, and create categories from templates directly via the Create button.
Recruiting: This update lays the groundwork for suggesting matching skills when you create a certificate; the suggestion panel itself will follow in an upcoming release.
