Hub updates — June 2025

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in June 2025.

🆕 New Features

Approval Requests: Approvers now have an "Approval Requests" menu item showing the number of pending requests. From there you can approve or reject requests, optionally adding a comment when rejecting.

Expenses: Expense approvals now run through approval requests directly in the expense sidebar.

Recruiting: You can now hide closed jobs with the new "Hide Closed Jobs" checkbox.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: The time tracking tabs are now called "Current Tracking" and "History & Overtime", making your time balance easier to find.

Documents: When employees upload their own documents, they can now only choose from the visibility options available to them.

General: Deactivated options are no longer offered in selection lists.

General: Updated German, French and Italian translations for approval requests, expenses and job filters.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: The "Time" menu items now appear correctly depending on which time tracking, project and shift features are enabled.

Workflows: Filtering workflows by year now works correctly, including when no year is selected.

Integrations: Slack users and channels now load completely for large workspaces.
