This release introduces Compensation Review — a new workflow for HR admins to run structured salary review cycles with manager input and approval — and fixes a label in the Create Employee flow.

🆕 New Features

Compensation: HR can now run a Compensation Review. Select a group of employees, generate one review per assessing manager showing proposed salaries with a live percentage change and pay-band indicator per person, and route it through the approval framework. On approval, new salaries take effect on the chosen date automatically — previous salaries are end-dated — and the entire review can be reverted by HR if needed. Setup is done on the new Compensation Review Setup record; reviews and approval progress appear under the Compensations tab.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Recruiting: Removed a stale reference to "Candidate Name" that appeared in the Create Employee flow when converting a candidate record to an employee.
