This release makes the position hierarchy recovery report accessible to all internal users from the HR Admin Doctor view.

🔧 Improvements

Settings: The Position Hierarchy Recovery report is now downloadable by all internal flair users from HR Admin → Doctor, after a recovery batch has run. Previously, the report was not accessible from the Doctor page even when recovery data was available.
