Multicurrency Compensation, Minimum Rest Periods, and Candidate Messaging from the Hub

🆕 New Features

Compensation: Compensation reviews now work correctly for companies that use more than one currency. Each employee's salary is shown in its own currency with an approximate conversion to your display currency, review totals are calculated in that currency, and pay-band guidance is adjusted to match each salary's currency and pay frequency. Companies using a single currency see no change.

Time Tracking: Admins can now require a minimum rest period before an employee is allowed to clock in again — for example, at least 11 continuous hours of rest since the last clock-out, or at least one longer break within a rolling window. If an employee tries to clock in too soon, the clock-in is blocked and they're told how much more rest is required.

Recruiting: Hiring managers can now view the full email conversation with a candidate and send emails directly from the Employee Hub, without needing Salesforce access. Admins can turn this off for specific employees, departments, locations, entities, or company-wide.

Skills: Managers and HR now see a "Similar people" card on an employee's profile, showing other employees with overlapping skill profiles — including match percentage and shared skills — useful for pairing, rotation, and internal mobility decisions.

Skills: Project leads and managers can now attach required skills, with an optional proficiency level, directly to a project from its detail page in the Hub, making it easier to see whether a project's staffing matches the skills it needs.

🔧 Improvements

Settings: If your company runs multiple Employee Hubs, you can now also restrict a single sign-on (SSO) login option to just one Hub, so employees don't see login buttons meant for a different Hub.

Calendar: The shift calendar in the mobile app now loads faster, since it only fetches your own shifts instead of your entire team's schedule.

Settings: You can now also delete records from a related list on your Personal Data page (for example a dependent or emergency contact), wherever editing was already allowed.

Onboarding: Signing in with single sign-on (like Google) in the mobile app is now faster — it opens your device's browser so you skip straight through if you're already logged in, and makes it easier to pick the right account when more than one is available.

Dashboard: The daily Slack "who's absent today" summary can now also be configured from HR Admin, and groups colleagues sharing the same public holiday onto one line instead of listing them separately.

Compensation: In Compensation Reviews, you can now also sort the list of items by clicking any column header, toggling between ascending and descending order. Employees with more than one salary line now always stay grouped together no matter how you sort.

Skills: You can now record months and years of experience on an employee skill directly from the Employee Hub skills sidebar, also shown in the radar chart and skills matrix tooltips.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Dashboard: Fixed the company name shown at the top of the Employee Hub for companies running multiple hubs from one Salesforce account — it now shows the correct hub's own name instead of the shared Salesforce organization name.

Career Portal: Fixed inconsistent bullet point widths in job description formatting on career pages.

Career Portal: Fixed a bug that could cause career portals to become temporarily unreachable after being live for 30 days.

Requests: Fixed Slack notification links for absence requests, approvals, and time tracking so they open your company's configured hub address instead of the generic one.

Settings: Fixed single sign-on login failing with an "employee not found" error for employees signing in through a company's secondary hub address.
