This release sends employee data change emails in the employee's language.

🔧 Improvements

Notifications: Employee data change emails are now sent in the recipient's language. Translations: Added German translations for Help Desk settings, and the inventory item form now uses translated field labels. Integrations: Deleting an integration now warns you about what it affects before it is removed.
