Compensation Review, Multiple Hubs, and Custom Navigation Links

🆕 New Features

Compensation: Managers can now review and adjust their team's proposed salaries directly in the Employee Hub. Set a new amount per person or apply a merit percentage across the entire team, see each person's pay band with out-of-band highlighting and the total monthly cost, then submit for approval. Approvers can approve or reject in the Hub without switching to Salesforce. Setup, revert, and the full change history remain in Salesforce.

Employee Hub: Companies running multiple Employee Hubs — for example, one per entity or brand — now get per-domain branding and routing. Each Hub shows its own logo and login page based on the request domain, and Slack notifications link to the Hub assigned to the recipient's entity. Single-Hub customers are unaffected.

Settings: HR admins can now add custom navigation elements to the Employee Hub: sidebar links, a Quick Links card on the dashboard, and entries in the profile dropdown. Links can open an external URL, an embedded Salesforce Flow, or a custom Lightning Web Component. Multiple links can be grouped to expand inline. Visibility is controlled per employee via the existing segmentation system.

🔧 Improvements

Compensation: Recurring compensation and one-time compensation visibility for managers can now be controlled independently from base salary visibility. The new toggles appear on the Employee HUB Feature record in Salesforce.

Employee Hub: If your organization renamed the Employee, Location, or Department objects in Salesforce (for example to "Org Units"), the Hub now shows your custom names across the Directory, Org Chart, absence screens, workflow pages, and everywhere else — instead of the default labels. Names also appear translated in each employee's language.

Career Portal: Job listing pages on mobile now show skeleton placeholders while loading, and clicking a job listing link scrolls the page back to the top.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: Fixed a layout issue in the project Duration picker where hour and minute options could appear stacked (e.g. "0" over "0") at larger font sizes or browser zoom levels.

Absences: Fixed an HTTP 400 error that caused mobile absence requests to fail due to a date type mismatch. Absence requests from the mobile app now work correctly.

Settings: Fixed an issue where reconnecting a Hub to Salesforce could overwrite the existing Hub domain. Reconnecting now preserves the domain already configured on the Hub record.

Comments: Fixed a Salesforce error (431) that caused comment counts on some records to appear missing or stale in the Hub.
