Hub updates — March 2026

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in March 2026.

🆕 New Features

Scheduler Shifts: A new Colleagues tab shows the shifts of a scheduler and its targets in a day or week view.

Scheduler Shifts: Employees can now see open shifts in their calendar and the colleagues view, and use "Request Shift" to ask for an open shift or cancel their request.

Goals: You can now align a goal to another goal with "Align to goal". Goal weights are now validated when you set them.

Employee Profile: Employees can now add, edit, and delete their education and work experience in the Hub.

Org Chart: You can now filter the org chart by department, location, team, and position. Managers above the matching employees stay visible.

Performance Reviews: The manager's list of reviews is now a table with filters, and reviews are sorted by due date by default. A "Create Goal" button is now always available in the goals panel of a performance review.

HR Helpdesk: You can now attach a document when creating a ticket.

Documents: Search now finds documents inside folders. You can choose to search all documents or only the current folder.

Custom Pages: The Hub can now show custom Salesforce Lightning Out components as pages, configured in Salesforce.

🔧 Improvements

Scheduler Shifts: Shifts in the calendar now show their color.

People Overview: The People Overview page for managers now shows direct reports only by default.

Workflows: The to-do filter no longer shows tasks that are locked and cannot be started yet.

HR Helpdesk: Additional managers with the HR Helpdesk role can now see the tickets of their assigned employees.

Absences: When an absence request policy defines a document category, the uploaded document is now also saved as an employee document in that category.

Documents: The visibility options when uploading a document are now limited to the options allowed by the document category.

Recruiting: CVs and other candidate attachments now open in a preview panel instead of a new window.

Inventory: The inventory side panel now shows fields configured as extra form fields.

Projects: Cost center and notes on project time entries are now configured as extra form fields. Project time entries created with a time entry change request are now linked to that request.

Expenses: Expenses in a group now show an Amount column.

Admin Controls: Admins can now hide the manager certificates tab and the Workflows menu, and block certificate creation and skill assignment in the Hub.

Login: Password login on an organization's own Hub address now only accepts employees of that organization. If you are already logged in, the login page now takes you straight to the Hub.

Holidays: Public holidays now come from a new data provider with better accuracy and coverage.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Holidays: Fixed public holidays not loading.

Goals: Managers now see the right goals when goal visibility is set to HR and management.

Expenses: Fixed an error when submitting a new expense for the first time.

Certificates: Certificates are now sorted correctly by name.

Time Tracking: Saving a time entry now retries automatically when Salesforce briefly locks the record.
