This release introduces a Recruiting Inbox for candidate emails and shift-schedule kiosk wallpapers, adds Cheers privacy controls, a same-year carryover expiry option, and clearer pending-absence styling on the calendar, plus fixes across Announcements, Positions, Recruiting, and the HR Help Desk.
🆕 New Features
Recruiting: A new Recruiting Inbox brings candidate email into the Recruiting app in a Gmail-style layout — a global inbox, a home-page card showing unread candidate emails, and a per-job Inbox tab that shares filters with the candidates table. Reply, reply-all, forward, and compose new candidate emails without leaving flair.
Kiosk: Kiosks can now display a location's shift schedule on their idle wallpaper. Enable "Show Scheduler" on the Kiosk record, choose which scheduler to show, and pick how far ahead to display it (Today, 2 Days, or Week).
🔧 Improvements
Cheers: New admin controls keep the Cheers feed focused on written feedback. You can force birthday and anniversary cheers to always be delivered privately — each toggled independently — and hide the video banner from celebration cards. The privacy settings follow the usual company → entity → department → location → employee scope.
Absences: Absence categories now have a "Visually Separate Pending" toggle. When enabled, pending absences in that category appear with a diagonal stripe pattern on the team calendar, so it is immediately clear which days are still awaiting approval.
Absences: Carryover expiry now offers a "Same year" option. Companies whose leave year doesn't follow the calendar year — for example an April–March leave year — can have carried-over days expire later in the same year (such as the end of May) instead of only the following year. Existing policies are unchanged unless an admin selects the new option.
Documents: A new "Can See All Employee Names" visibility-scope control lets admins grant selected users the ability to choose signatories and add hiring managers or evaluators even when sharing rules would otherwise hide those employees' profiles.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Announcements: Company announcement notification emails are now fully translated for German and French recipients. The subject, message, and "View Announcement" button previously appeared in English regardless of the recipient's language.
Announcements: Regular company announcements no longer incorrectly appear as "track and acknowledge" announcements in the Hub. Acknowledgement prompts now show only for announcements that were actually set up to require them.
Positions: The position details header now shows all of its configured fields — such as Parent Position, Pay Configuration, Start Date, End Date, and FTE — for positions of every status, not only vacant ones.
Positions: Fixed swapped headings in the Assign Employee to Position flow, where the prompts above the position and the employee were reversed.
Recruiting: Fixed the "Learn how" link in the LinkedIn organic posting info box (Jobs → Campaigns → Organic), which previously led to a "Page Not Found" and now opens the correct guide in the help center.
HR Help Desk: Managers are no longer notified that an employee submitted a ticket when the employee chose not to share it with them. Notifications are now sent only when the ticket is explicitly shared.
