This release covers Absence Management, Absence Management, Settings, Documents, Recruiting, Documents, Workflows, General, Recruiting, Settings, Time Tracking, Absence Management.

🔧 Improvements

General: Flair_Hub and Flair_Manager users can now access and work with chat objects.

Settings: Sending messages, leaving a chat, and removing members now happen reliably in one step, preventing chats from being left without an admin or triggering duplicate notifications.

General: Browser verification now correctly handles sandbox environments and Lightning-specific behavior, reducing false errors during verification.

Absence Management, Settings: Organizations can now turn off the display of negative allowances on absence category screens and tiles, without affecting the available days figure.

General: You can now use magic links without a hub account, and if you see a raw i18n key displayed, it means your organization's data is outdated.

Documents, Workflows: You can now view employee documents, workflows, document templates, and the Staff & Docs area in German and French, with consistent product naming and no stray spacing or missing column headers.

Time Tracking, Absence Management: Shift planner and calendar improvements now correctly display holiday and non-working-time backgrounds for employees in collapsed groups, and fix an error that occurred when switching calendar languages.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Settings: You can now assign employees to positions high up in large org charts without errors, with reporting lines for employees below updating shortly after.

Recruiting: New scorecard questions created outside the template editor, such as through data import, now default to a 100% importance weight instead of 10000%, so templates display correctly and save without manual fixes.

Absence Management: You can now use holiday days you accrued before switching policies mid-year, instead of losing them to carry-over limits or year-end write-offs.

Settings: You can now scroll the New Item form to reach Save and Cancel on smaller screens, and the Edit action in the item list works again.

Documents, Recruiting: When creating an employee from a candidate, certificates without an attached file are skipped, duplicate transfers are fixed, the Certificates toggle now reliably turns transfers off, and attached files are carried over correctly.

Recruiting: You can now preview scheduled emails with merge fields correctly showing candidate details and proper spacing between paragraphs, so you can trust the preview before it sends.

Settings: Positions with expired employment no longer show a false "Limited Access" warning, and the Assign button works again so you can re-staff them.

Recruiting: Candidate email replies now stay grouped in the same conversation thread, including in the candidate's own mail client, instead of splitting into separate threads.
