This release adds time balance withdrawals from the Hub, request form categories, multilingual skill names, candidate knockout and rejection rules, and scheduler templates — plus a broad set of fixes across recruiting, shift planning and translations.

🆕 New Features

Time Tracking: Employees can now withdraw time balance from the Employee Hub and choose whether it becomes monetary compensation or absence allowance, matching what was already possible in Salesforce.

Time Tracking: Time entries now support manager-only extra form fields, so an admin can configure a field that the manager fills in and the employee never sees — the same pattern already used for absences.

Requests: Request forms can now be given a category, and employees can filter the Hub request list by it. The category list is fully customisable.

Skills: Skill names can now be stored per language, so a German or French employee sees the skill catalog in their own language rather than in English.

Recruiting: Knockout questions are now supported on application forms, so applications that fail a mandatory criterion can be identified up front instead of being reviewed manually.

Recruiting: Simple rejection rules can now auto-reject candidates based on their answers to application form picklist fields, without building a Salesforce flow.

Shift Planning: Schedulers can now be created from templates, so a common setup such as an employee-locations scheduler can be started from a ready-made configuration.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: Monetary compensation is now selectable as the Compensation Method for auto-withdrawal in a Time Framework, so overtime can be paid out automatically instead of only converted to compensatory time. The Auto Withdrawal Period settings apply the same way for either method.

Time Tracking: Improved the workloads screen layout and interactions.

Shift Planning: The shift planner can now group by custom employee attributes, not only built-in ones such as Department.

Requests: Request forms of type "Without Object Creation" submitted with no approval step can now generate documents. Document generation was previously wired only to forms that create a record.

Recruiting: Removed the standard Salesforce global actions from the Evaluation Template record page, so only template-specific actions are shown.

Compensation: Compensation review items now warn the assessing manager when an employee's salary started very recently or is scheduled to start in the future, so they can decide whether to exclude that person from the review.

Compensation: Executing a compensation review now end-dates an overlapping upcoming salary rather than leaving two active salary records.

Compensation: Roll-up compensation reviews now keep their status in sync with their children instead of going stale.

Salesforce: Added a user profile card to the top of the HR Home page.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Shift Planning: Shift transfer notifications now reach the recipient in the Hub notification centre and as a mobile push, across the whole transfer lifecycle — request, colleague accepted or declined, and manager approval.

Recruiting: The "Add new Evaluator" picker now honours the Can add any evaluator visibility-scope override, so users granted it can select anyone as an evaluator.

Recruiting: Converting a candidate to an employee now names the copied documents after the document title curated on the candidate, not the raw uploaded file name.

Time Tracking: Fixed the weekday buttons overlapping the Overtime Level field in the Time Period Time Types section of the Time Framework page.

Translations: Shift assignment emails are no longer sent with a mix of English and German content.

Translations: Added the missing Spanish section headers in the Employee Hub — Personal Data, Emergency Contact and Home Address.
