🆕 New Features

Recruiting, Settings: You can now connect your own email server (like AWS SES or SendGrid) to send applicant and employee emails, avoiding Salesforce's 5,000-email daily limit.

Absence Management, Settings: You can now add translations for absence category names in each of your company languages, so employees see them in their own language throughout absence requests, calendars, and balances.

Documents: You can now see your eSign allowance and how many signatures you've sent this billing period, right on the eSign screen and in the Sign a document window.

🔧 Improvements

General: This update reduces the amount of Apex code processed by about 8%, helping your organization stay further under platform character limits.

General: You can now use projects_tracking_views as a table views component key in Hub.

Documents: You can now set a custom date format for each placeholder in Document Builder (e.g., {{startDate|dd.MM.yyyy}}); placeholders without a format still show dates as before.

Settings: You can turn on "Anonymous Responses" for eNPS surveys and Smiley Check-Ins so answers can't be traced back to individual employees in reports or records.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Goals: The "Start evaluation" button in performance-review reminder emails now opens the evaluation form directly, or your pending reviews list if you have more than one open.
