Hub updates — Sep 7, 2026

🆕 New Features

Dashboard: You can now view admin-published Flair reports in the Hub's Analytics area, organized into personal "My data" and manager "My team" libraries, with customizable grouping, charts, and drill-down into individual records.

Onboarding: Employees at organizations using Microsoft Intune can now sign in to the mobile app with their Microsoft account on managed devices without being blocked by device-compliance checks.

Time Tracking: You can now add your organization's custom time-entry fields as columns in the History & Overtime view, choosing different fields for employees and managers via "Customize columns."

🔧 Improvements

Compensation: You can now see each manager's review status (Preparing, Submitted, Approved, or Executed) directly next to their name in the Budget consumption breakdown, at every drill-down level.

Settings: This is an internal engineering change with no impact on your experience or available features.

Settings: Single sign-on logins to the Employee Hub now require a properly signed identity assertion from your identity provider, while correctly signed logins continue to work as before.

Time Tracking: The long-day warning in the timesheet now triggers based on each employee's configured daily working time limit (instead of a fixed 10 hours), shows how much the limit was exceeded by, and won't appear if no limit is set.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Dashboard, Employee Profile, Calendar: You’ll now see saving indicators, dropdown menus, and dialog close buttons positioned correctly, and mandatory announcement dialogs no longer hide their "Acknowledge" button out of reach.

Employee Profile: Employees can now view and load comments on Inventory Items in the mobile app without encountering a backend error.

Calendar: Calendar dates now display correctly for employees whose timezone is set via a Salesforce timezone record, without repeated errors.

Time Tracking: You can now see weekly and monthly timesheet totals that correctly match the sum of your daily calculated times, with an info icon showing tracked time whenever adjustments cause a difference.

Time Tracking: You can now delete a break when requesting a change to a tracked day, even after saving the request, instead of only shortening it.

Requests: You can now click outside the absence request panel without losing your entered details; use the close button to exit intentionally.

Requests: You can now submit multi-day hourly absence requests using the prefilled daily times, without needing to edit a time field first.

Requests: You can now see the complete absence quota error message in German, Italian, and Spanish, including the affected period and remaining balance.

Settings: We fixed a grammar error in the German translation of the "Maximum daily limit reached" notification setting description.

Employee Profile, Dashboard: Location and department filters now stay active and no longer generate repeated background errors for your organization.

Requests: After you accept or reject an absence request, the Pending Absence Requests list now updates immediately and the action completes faster, without needing to reload the page.

Requests, Employee Profile, Dashboard: You can now see corrected German and French Slack absence notifications, an accurate French work-trial status label, and fixed display or formatting issues across German, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, and Russian in the Employee Hub.
