Mobile v4.1.67
A kiosk pass you can carry on your phone, project time tracking, and shift transfer requests are available in the flair mobile app 4.1.67, released 18 August 2026 (builds v4.1.64–v4.1.67).
🆕 New Features
Time Tracking: Your kiosk PIN is now available in the app as a Kiosk pass — shown as a legible number and as a scannable QR code, and it works offline. The PIN still comes from your employee record in Salesforce; the app only displays it. If no PIN is set for you, the section stays hidden.
Time Tracking: Project time tracking is now in the app. You can browse projects, track time against one live, assign time to a project when you clock out, and create manual project entries.
Time Tracking: Each time entry of a day can now be linked to its own projects, directly from the entry on the Time Tracking day view — including entries that are still waiting for approval.
Shift Planning: You can now request a shift transfer to a colleague from your phone and follow it through the approval steps.
🔧 Improvements
Shift Planning: Managers reviewing a shift transfer now see which shift is being handed over and which colleague is receiving it, so the request can be approved or rejected without opening the Employee Hub.
Time Tracking: Each project on a time entry can now carry its own note instead of one shared note for the whole day. If your time tracking settings require notes when clocking out, the app asks for them before the clock-out completes.
Time Tracking: The message shown when the app asks for location permission now explains that location is recorded only when you clock in, clock out, or take a break, and that it is saved with that time entry.
Employee Hub: The app now respects the new avatar settings — when your admin blocks profile picture changes or deletion, the app hides those actions too.
Notifications: Notification types the app doesn't support are no longer delivered to it, so the list only shows things you can actually open.
Shift Planning: The flair Scheduler section is now shown based on your organisation's subscription, so it no longer appears for companies that don't have it.
Settings: Expired sessions are now handled properly with a clean forced logout instead of failing requests in the background.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Time Tracking: Fixed the iOS Live Activity showing "time tracking inactive" while tracking was actually running.
Time Tracking: Employees who pick a project while the timer is running are no longer asked to assign that time to a project again at clock-out.
Time Tracking: Fixed employees whose work schedule tracks project time separately from working time being asked to choose a project at clock-out. They now log project time on the day view, matching the Employee Hub.
Time Tracking: Fixed dead ends when logging project time for a day, where the screen could open with "No timesheet for this date" and a Save button that never worked.
Shift Planning: Tapping a shift transfer notification now opens the request itself, so it can be accepted or declined right away.
Shift Planning: Fixed tapping your next shift on the dashboard opening an empty calendar week instead of that shift.
Shift Planning: Shifts scheduled for you at a location other than your own now appear in My shifts and on the dashboard. Employees not assigned to any location see their shifts too, instead of an empty screen.
Shift Planning: Fixed a declined transfer request showing as "Declined by colleague" in the Received inbox when you declined it yourself, and fixed the shift transfer lead-time hint showing placeholder text instead of the number of days.
Employee Hub: Fixed a set of crashes reported through Firebase, including crashes when the network connection dropped, when opening or sharing an attached document, and when leaving the notifications screen while it was still loading. Requests are also no longer sent twice after a connection problem.
Onboarding: Fixed the Continue button on the sign-in screen being partly hidden behind the navigation bar on Android phones.
