🆕 New Features

Absence Management: You can now set absence categories to track allowances in minutes or hours, giving more precise balances for things like short breaks or day-based leave policies.

🔧 Improvements

Reports: You can now click into report charts to see the underlying records, view real names and funnel stage labels instead of codes, filter "My Absences by Category" by date, and enjoy faster-loading reports without empty-month gaps or crashes.

General: You can now set payroll to run automatically on a recurring schedule, so you don't have to manually start each pay period.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Settings, Recruiting, Absence Management, Payroll: You can now edit and rearrange previously locked flair record pages, including tabs and sections on the Job, Absence Category, and Employee pages, in the Lightning App Builder.

Documents: HR users can now attach documents uploaded by an integration, like SwissSalary, to employee records without needing System Administrator access.
