Hub updates — December 2024

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in December 2024.

🆕 New Features

Performance Reviews: Rating questions in performance reviews now use the minimum and maximum rating configured for the review cycle.

Engagement Surveys: Engagement surveys now support rating questions.

Evaluations: Employee and candidate evaluation forms now support rating questions.

Time Tracking: The Hub now supports the "Track Geolocation" setting. When it is turned on, employees need to allow location access in their browser to track time, and the location is saved with their time tracking.

🔧 Improvements

Time Tracking: Time entries now show a "Payroll Locked" badge when the payroll run is locked, and locked time entries are treated like completed ones.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Company Announcements: Draft announcements are no longer shown before they are published.

Expenses: You can open the expense side panel from the Hub again.

Documents: Employees now see their documents whose visibility is set to HR and employee.
