Hub updates — April 2024
This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in April 2024.
🆕 New Features
Performance Reviews: Peer reviews are now available. Reviewers can assign peer reviewers by searching for colleagues, follow their progress and read their answers. Peer reviews you give appear in their own table in the "For Others" tab and no longer in the team section.
Performance Reviews: Managers can remove peers who haven't submitted their feedback yet, even after submitting their own feedback. Tooltips now explain why a button is disabled, for example while peers or the employee haven't submitted yet.
Expenses: Employees with the new Expense Approver role can now review and approve the expenses assigned to them in the Hub.
Time Tracking: When approving a timesheet that has pending time change requests, managers are now asked whether to approve or reject those changes too.
Dashboard: The Compensatory Time widget now shows your time balance when time balance is enabled.
🔧 Improvements
Time Tracking: The Time Management Controlling page shows a notes icon for time entries and change requests that have notes, and the change requests table shows notes. Managers can no longer edit an employee's notes, and employees with "Can change your own time entries" can now add notes.
Time Tracking: "Approve All" is disabled while filters are active to prevent unintended approvals.
Absences: Absence comments are now shown in the absence popover.
Documents: Company documents are now shown based on the segments available to you.
Performance Reviews: Employees can view questions that are not addressed to them, the review status is shown after finishing, and breadcrumbs were improved for reviewers who are not managers.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Time Tracking: Rejected absences no longer block time tracking.
Performance Reviews: Fixed scheduling a meeting when peers are involved, the "Assign peer" section not showing for reviewers who are not managers, and a blank page after a peer submits feedback when a meeting is required.
Recruiting: Evaluations now open for candidates without a job, and candidate links work again.
General: Fixed reactions, team calendar loading and other smaller issues.
