This release generates XLSX exports in the background and adds scheduler shift analytics.

Reporting: XLSX files are now generated in the background, so large exports no longer time out. Shift Planning: Added analytics for scheduler shifts. Requests: Request forms can now map to a specific employee field.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Payroll: Creating a new payroll run no longer clears the payroll run reference on existing time entries. Absence Management: Fixed an infinite loop triggered by the absence updated event. Integrations: The integration cache is reset when an integration is updated.
