This release adds a bulk employee avatar import action, improves career portal posting attribution, and fixes a shift modal translation issue.

🔧 Improvements

Settings: Admins can now set employee profile photos in bulk using a new Update Employee Avatar invocable action. Upload photos as Salesforce Files, then call the action from a Flow or anonymous Apex to assign each photo to the matching employee — no external callout required.

Recruiting (Career Portal): The attribution source for organically posted jobs is now labelled more clearly in the career portal, making it easier to see which channel produced each application.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Shift Planning: Fixed an issue where some labels in the Edit Shift modal appeared in English even when the Salesforce UI language was set to German or French.
