Hub updates — August 2025

This entry covers changes to Hub deployed in August 2025.

🆕 New Features

Change Requests: Managers can now request position changes and salary changes for their team members through change requests.

Approval Requests: Approval request details can now show employee data change requests.

Employee Profile: Employees can now hide their birthday from colleagues.

General: The Hub is now available in Norwegian.

🔧 Improvements

Performance Reviews: The "Compare Feedback" page is now available for performance reviews that do not require a meeting, and the confirmation message now names the employee whose evaluation was submitted.

Time Tracking: Weeks that start on Sunday are now supported, so the current week and daily progress update correctly from Sunday.

Absences: In the upcoming absences card, absences that have already started can no longer be deleted, and a tooltip explains why.

Absences: Managers now see the absences of all their reports, including absences that do not require approval.

Integrations: Slack now supports custom notifications with buttons and notifications for unlocked workflow items.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Integrations: Slack notifications for assigned workflow items and expiring workflow items work again, and the Slack home tab no longer fails when it has too many entries.

Engagement Surveys: Answers are saved reliably when several are submitted at the same time.

Documents: The upload document dialog now shows the correct visibility options for managers and for self-uploaded documents.

Absences: Additional fields show the correct visibility in the absence request detail view.

Notifications: Hub notifications load correctly again.

General: Colleague lists now load for companies with a very large number of employees.
